                                                                        Our Guarantee
At Luxury Nail Spa, we only use high-quality products for our services. We take pride in our skills and ability to provide a great customer experience. This is why we offer a 3-day guarantee for all our nail services. Breaking, chipping, lifting, and peeling are rare, but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please make an appointment right away and we will fix your nails for free. Regular polish is not guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your nails at the time of service, please let us know immediately so that we can correct your nails free of charge. We assume you're satisfied with your nails after leaving our salon and cannot offer a free full nail do-over after you've left the salon. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

                                                                        Late Policy
We know emergencies happen which can cause you to be late for your appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period before offering to reschedule your appointment.

                                                                        Cancellations
We kindly ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice when canceling your appointment. Currently, we do not charge for late cancellations but may in the future if we see a drastic increase in late cancellations.

                                                                         Children
We understand the challenge of finding time to spend on yourself. We welcome children in the salon as long as they are supervised at all times. There are many sharp objects and chemicals within the salon and we want to ensure the safety of all our guests. We also aim to maintain a relaxing salon experience for all guests. Please take children outside of the salon if they become unruly or are disrupting other guests.

                                                                      Walk-in Policy
At our nail salon, we value both our walk-in clients and those who make appointments in advance. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers, we have implemented the following policy regarding walk-ins and appointments:

Walk-ins:

1. Walk-in clients are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
2. We will do our best to accommodate walk-in clients; however, please understand that appointments take priority, and we may have limited availability during peak hours.
3. Walk-in clients may need to wait until a nail technician becomes available. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.
4. Walk-in clients may leave their name and phone number at the front desk instead of waiting in the salon. However, please be aware that if you do not receive a phone call this means that an available spot did not open up. Our nail technicians may not have time to contact you to relay this information during peak hours but will contact you if they have an opening for you.

Appointments:

1. We strongly encourage clients to make appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time.
2. Appointments will be given priority over walk-ins.
3. If you have an appointment, please arrive on time to ensure that we can provide the full service as scheduled.

Please note that the availability of walk-ins and appointment slots may vary depending on the day, time, and demand. We strive to provide the best service to all our valued clients and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
